The Bishops' Collegiate
Bishops are pastors that have the spiritual leadership in their diocese. They supervise the provosts (Pröpste) in their diocese, who have the the spiritual leadership in their Chruch Districts. Together the three bishops form the so called bishops assembly. Following the instructions of the church council the bishops assembly represents the Northelbian church in public.
